Smothered Chicken (Boneless, Skinless thigh) – Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions with a light teriyaki glaze.
Lemon Thyme Chicken (6 oz chicken breast, pre-cooked weight) – Garlic/Herb marinated with Fresh Lemon zest and Thyme garnish.
Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon (not spicy, Thai) – Sweet and sour glaze with a hint of heat, and oven roasted.
Rotelle Pasta with Shrimp – Tossed with a vegetable medley and served in a classic Garlic and Herb Marinara.
Bistro Tender – Seared and oven roasted to Medium. Topped with Red Wine Demi.
Pot Roast – Classic comfort food, slow cooked in gravy.
