Discounted Golf Memberships for Newaygo County Schools’ Staff

Waters Edge Golf Course and Lakes 23 Restaurant deeply appreciates Newaygo County school employees working to make a difference in the lives of our young people. Your work is challenging but particularly now during the COVID pandemic. The challenges you face to ensure every child has an opportunity to succeed are unparalleled.

Thank you to the teachers, support staff, administrators, and board members in the school districts served by the Newaygo County Regional Education Service Agency.

Our new golf membership program is for all employees who work in the following areas:

Discounted Price

The annual membership of $490 per person for 2022 reflects a savings off our single-member rate of members 30 and over. Membership includes: $25 Gift Card to Lakes 23 (if application completed by 1-31-22) 10% on selected Pro Shop items including clubs, 2-18 hole guest passes for non-members, and $5.00 off each hour for a bay in our Top Tracer building. Lastly, we will have our members dinner at the end of the season. If your spouse would like to join under your membership the please add $150 to your total cost.

Dining Discount

Each member who joins will also receive a 10% discount to dine in the Lakes 23 Restaurant throughout the 2022 season. Alcoholic beverages are excluded.

Waters Edge Golf Course is a beautiful 18-hole course that has been updated including a state of the art practice area, new holes, and a new Top Tracer Learning Center planned for opening in February of 2022. We are excited about the realization that Top Tracer will allow one to play golf outdoors all year around!

- Members are asked to please check in with the pro-shop before playing.
- Five players per tee time is prohibited
- A two-person membership may be for a husband and wife, or parent and child. The child must be living at home, in school full-time, and under the age of 25.
- The same rules apply for a Family of 3 or more or a Double Cart Lease.
- Membership and cart lease annual rates do not apply to charity events or non-sponsored Waters Edge tournaments.
